All writers will benefit by this 2-day workshop. For poets and aspiring playwrights especially, these workshops will deepen and broaden writing abilities. Poetry, theater and fiction use the same elements of language with different intentions and different structures. Poets will gain a new understanding of the arc or narrative; aspiring playwrights will learn how to master the language of imagery and sound. No matter what your field is, new tools can be added to your writing toolbox. These sessions reveal how we connect language to thought to say what we mean and to make people care.
